I travelled from Oakville to London on Friday Nov 26 and heard a rattling noise in my car all the way and went to your dealership when I arrived. It was close to 3pm and the weather was bad so they said they has stopped taking cars out on the road; however the very kind mechanic said he would take it out. He diagnosed the problem within minutes as being due to the exhaust heat shields and he removed them and then Jennifer refused to take payment.
