Rick is amazing. I purchased my RX350 with his assistance 36 days ago. Today, I ordered my second from him (hybrid model). Jordan was very new when I purchased my vehicle from him. He was honest and upfront about not yet being an expert and when he couldn’t answer a question he found someone who could. His approach was low pressure and very respectful.

Although I couldn't buy a car from this dealership because I had a certain budget to work with and Lexus London doesn't have one within the range. However, Jillian has been in touch continuously, keeping me informed with inventory, quick to get back and I never felt unwelcome despite I had a restrict budget.
