This was my 1st experience at the Lexus Dealership. I was quite impressed with the level of customer service. They took the time to explain the repair estimate and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed and above all else, they were not condescending. As a female, I see it anytime I need a car repair completed by other service techs + shops. This dealership is one of if not the best that I have ever dealt with.
