Allen is fantastic, the car he suggested is suitable for me to use, and he is really nice person.
My husband and I noticed the tire pressure on one of our tires was significantly lower than the others, but the tire did not appear flat. We were on our way out of town for an important appointment and had to get there. We dropped into Lexus without an appointment and service advisor Dale went above and beyond to make sure we could get to our appointment safely and on time.
