Lexus IS250 has brought me a very good driving experience, with a stable chassis, abundant power, and precise direction. Friendly helpful staff. Responsive, and good selection of new and used vehicles. My parents also have been using this dealership for decades and much appreciated the reliability, and also loaner car for free whenever there are (rare) service needs. I was very impressed by Rick's approach. Friendly, but also didn't waste time. Outlined the exact figures, was available when I made appointments (which were quick amd allowed me to get to my other commitments), and most importantly NO PRESSURE.
Lisa Ali was extremely patient and helpful listening to all our needs and concerns. Very transparent with all the options for us. We are still making financial analysis but if we come back will be extremely happy if we get Lisa as our customer service and sales provider. We felt very comfortable and well taken care off

My wife and I have dealt this dealership for 19 years having purchased 2 cars and serviced 4 cars in total. We have always found the service staff to be exemplary.
