Our experience with this dealership is always excellent. Brought the 2023 RX350h for a cruse control issue. Service manager Robert Watson kept the car at the dealership until the problem was determined and solved. Robert gave us a RX350 to go home to Hinton until the new part could be installed. Lexus driver delivered our Lexus and took their Lexus back. Service was amazing. Great service writers, technicians, and service manager. A pleasure to deal with.
