This is the fourth new Lexus we’ve purchased from Lexus of Calgary. Their superb service and customer care is beyond what we have experienced from other dealerships over the years. We’ve loved the Lexus vehicles but it’s the service and staff that have gained our trust and loyalty.

Bought a two year old vehicle sight unseen from the dealership, Had it shipped to Ontario. From the phone calls to the text messages with Shad, the experience was unbelievable. A true staple for a customer focused dealership. The time from purchasing, to the car arrival Shad was with me all the way. Something to be said about a dealership that still maintains a relationship with the client after the sale, insuring they are happy and pleased with the purchase.

I had an absolutely amazing customer service experience! The service manager Al and the service representative Jake, both took the time to listen to my concerns and took the time to investigate the issue I had with my steering column. I am so very much appreciative of the outcome. The level of customer service was truly amazing and definitely over and above! I would highly recommend Lexus of Calgary!
Terry Bharti is phenomenal!!! Terry is the most genuine sales consultant I have ever met. He is personable & extremely pleasant to deal with on a professional level. He makes us feel welcome. He’s very knowledgeable, patient, and answers all our questions without any fillers. He does not pressure us and gives us time to think about what the best solution would be. Excellent Service Experience Over the last 10 years, I have bought 3 new RX350's from Lexus of Calgary. One of the main reasons I am a repeat customer is that service department is very professional and Al Ratani, the Service Manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought a 2018 demo NX300 Executive package Scott France is our sales person. We bought a 2010 Lexus ES 350 from Scott. Our experience dealing with Scott is great. Scott is personable, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Sales Manager dropped by a few times to work with us and Scott in closing the deal. Service is also excellent.
