Top notch service - again Vehicle in for some annual service and I arrived early but they were able to get me in right away. The staff are very professional, polite and courteous and the facility is excellent; it is clean, comfortable and well laid out. Seriously, I have not had anything but first rate service from Lexus of Calgary.
Supreme service from start to finish I enjoyed the outstanding promt and professional experience I had at Lexus. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was truly a first for me to experience the level of excellence at this dealership.

I must express my concern that customers are not informed in advance, prior to the sale or lease, that the vehicle may behave unpredictably, with sudden reductions in power and acceleration. Such occurrences can create dangerous situations, for example when attempting to overtake on the highway, and may significantly compromise driver and passenger safety. Warranty Repair Caused Long-Term Damage — Caution I brought my Lexus NX 300 F Sport to Lexus of Calgary for a warranty replacement of the gauge cluster shield due to condensation. What should have been a simple, straightforward repair turned into a mess that I am still dealing with two years later. Sleezy sales people! !! Beware young and vulnerable they will treat you with little respect. My son was trying to buy his first used car here and had two totally different experiences when I was with him verses when he was alone. I have worked in insurance and dealt with many dealerships so I asked questions and was told of discounted prices and aide they were going to offer but as soon as I wasn’t there they refused any of the things that were offered and refused to even do repairs that were obviously going to lead to probl... read more
Unprofessional/Dishonest Purchased vehicle on line, offer placed and accepted via email (legally binding in Alberta). Informed dealership I would be at dealership around 2, it’s a 3 to 4 hour drive. About 45 mins from dealership receive phone call advising me the car had been sold. Continue to the dealership ask for clarification and I’m essentially told I’m SOL because a deposit, that was never discussed or asked for had not been placed. Worst experience / cheating customers: Lexus of Calgary cheating customers by advertising lower price cars on their website and selling for higher. Recently found a car (in stock) on the website and made a visit to Lexus of Calgary dealership to see and buy it. Next morning I phoned the sales rep (Claudia) and she told me that the car I want to buy is $62,911 and not $58,649 as shown on their website.
