We are writing this review so that customer are not mislead. Mr Andrew Cho in Finance department are selling mechanical breakdown insurance which is not useful . We were told, we will get some part of our money back once certain period is over or car is reached upto certain KMs. Our car KM has expired we called for refund we got know that there is no refund. The policy which they sold us that doesn't even have Mechanical breakdown insurance not even we can get our refund. When we were talking to same person in Finance he was... read more

Terrible customer service. .. They mislead the customer to order something that they cant get on time. Then after cancelling an order because they can't deliver it on time as promised, they send you an email saying "We have gone ahead and cancelled your NX350H order. In future we will not be interested in continuing business with you both"

Extremely poor service. I brought my car there for service and got the same error message in the same afternoon i pick it up. Manager not willing to accommodate.

Car was damaged inside and out at dealership in April while in for service. Disappointed in follow-up and handling of incident by service manager.

Make sure you have hours to waste I own a Lexus and bought it from this dealership but went Today to buy a second one for my wife. We knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t need to be sold on it. We could not get a sales person to save our life. We were told “it could be a while”. That is great that they are so popular that they can afford to throw sales away but after half an hour of waiting for someone’s atttention, we left and went to another dealership. It used to be not that bad AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Have to bring my vehicle in attempt to fix a deflating tire for the THIRD time... in almost a week from now as there are no loaners available until then and get the car fixed today is not an option as they are fully booked. Safety concern about driving with partially deflated tire doesn't sound like as an issue for Lexus of Calgary. VIP SERVICE??? Unfortunately, the evidence doesn't support that claim. Calgary Lexus GM basically called us a liar today. We have owned an RX 300. 2 -350's and a 450H....we sprang an oil leak on one 350 and had to have emergency care immediately. The vehicle had been serviced at Calgary Lexus and never mentioned once that there was a recall on that part. But when we called to make the appointment for a complete inspection last week we were called back immediately that there was this recall. Did they just remember a few years later about a recall?? Bully tactics The RX was our first choice and we contacted them asking to negotiate (fairly) a price, we were told if we bought our RX elsewhere we WILL not get VIP benefits during our service stop; they would not offer a discount so they threaten not to extend a benefit any Lexus owner is entitled to. They only offer to give you a discount when they learn you have a better price. Avoid at all costs.

Poor Service and the supposed fixed thing not last 2 weeks I had my SC430 to fixed the tire pressure sensor light. They told me one sensor need to be replaced. They charged me a new sensor plus diagnosis (over $350). Less than two weeks, the light come again and I complained. They told me need another diagnosis. Would charge another hundreds dollars. Their service manager Mr. Al Ratani too busy to see or talk to me. Only correspond via email. He does not care how the customer feel about the issue only cares how much can milk... read more
