Moved from Toronto to Kitchener in December. Toronto dealership said because I still had 18 months left on my lease, I could not cancel lease and buy a new car. When I went into Kitchener dealership, to transfer my services from Toronto, I said I really wanted a new car but Toronto said not possible. The salesperson said let me check. Low and behold he came back with we can do it. Today I am owner of a new Altama, and lease is gone. Kitchener really wants your business, and make it happen.Thanks so much.

The sales managers along with the salesmen themselves are awesome and we couldn't have asked for better help. However we did not have a good experience with Samantha the financing/warranty manager. She was pushy didn't like that we didn't buy anything extra. Was rude to my wife along with talking about her to co-workers in a rude way. Not a great experience dealing with her. The rest of nissan Kitchener was amazing and helpful but was tainted by our experience with Samantha.
Clinton and Victoria were very helpful from the initial appointment to picking up my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience.
Couldn't be happier with my new 2022 Murano Platinum, everything I wanted and more for my first SUV. Great service from Tom,Victoria and Jeff. They were absolutely amazing, and have great people skills. If you need to deal with the parts department. You would be best to ask for Doug, the parts manager. He is always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your needs are met. I’d highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle here and if you do ask for Tom Moore he will take care of you just as well as he did me.
