When just had an amazing experience with Tom Moore. He is not your "typical" car salesman. He has a great sense of humor, made us feel very comfortable, and was not pushy at all. Recently got my new Nissan Rogue 2022 from here. It was a wonderful and painless experience. Sales consultant Tom Moore was great throughout the process. From making sure I get the best vehicle for my budget, to keeping me informed about delivery timelines (we live in a world with car shortages). He also thoroughly went through all the features of the car. Overall a really nice experience.
The best service ever! ! I would recommend Kitchener Nissan service to anyone. We are from Northern Ontario and noticed one of their Ads for a 2022 Platinum Murano. Within three or four weeks Tom Moore and Victoria Akhter made that happen. They gave us a fair price for our Volkswagen Passat. I leased a 2018 Pathfinder from Kitchener Nissan and always had great service whenever I needed my car oil changed, tires change, repaired etc. Very caring organization, they always treated me like family. I was excited to pick up my new 2022 Pathfinder, the Sales Manger Jeff was great to deal with again and the Sales Agent Tom spent the right amount of time going through all the new features. There's a lot to learn with so much new functionality and Tom was very helpful in walking that through with me.
