Tom was amazing. He took care of everything and was very in tune to my needs. He treated us like family. I would definitely come back to Kitchener Nissan in the future. Big shout out to Samantha Billings as well!!
This is the fourth time I have leased a vehicle from Kitchener Nissan, but this is my first time working with Tom. My Murano still had two years left on a 5 year lease but he arranged to take back my 2018 Murano and lease me a brand new 2021 Murano with a lower monthly lease payment! I found Tom to be very friendly, he answered all my questions and he found me a Murano in the exact interior and exterior colours I preferred.
This is my second vehicle with Britney - she is exceptional to work with. She comes up with great options and can make a deal work to fit your budget and get you the car you want. I will not go to any other Nissan dealership again, all in this location are outstanding to deal with in every department.
This is my second dealing with Kitchener Nissan, but my first with Tom. I contacted them just to chat about what my options might be to turn in my car for a newer model. I was thrilled with the result! Friendly, easy to deal with and seamless car purchase!
First off I have dealt with dealerships in excess of 40 years and I am not a fan of them. Before visiting Kitchener Nissan I went to 6 other dealerships and I realized how much I hate doing this. Great people within the dealership. I went to Tom to buy my first car and he showed great care with it all! Asked for a colour not in the lot, they worked on making sure they found it and beat their estimated arrival by weeks!

We called about a used Rogue and spoke with Tom Moore and he was very helpful with all the details of the vehicle as well as answering our questions concerning the vehicle.
