Amazing customer service. With my work we had the choice of 4 approved vehicles and I instantly new I wanted the Qashqai. I had reached out to so many Nissan's and was either told they couldn't because the vehicle wasn't currently in stock or was just ignored. I was visiting Mum recently and her car needed an oil change. We went in to the dealership to book an appointment and were able to get in right away because of Natalie Sophia. She was a delight to deal with and her attitude was professional, brought us coffee and made my Mum feel so comfortable like they were lifelong friends. Got my new Rogue from Nissan Kitchener. Tom Moore helped to deliver the vehicle from Kitchener to Mississauga. My ride was promised to be delivered within a week but due to transportation issues from Nissan my vehicle could not be delivered in promised timelines. However, Tom and team have managed to get me another new vehicle asap despite of the blizzard that week. Thank You Tom and Team for the quick turnaround and I am loving my new ride.
