Thank you for your customer service. I was sold a Toyota Tacoma at this dealership and there was some confusion surrounding a feature that I was under the impression the truck had. As I was not completely satisfied with my purchase and experience, Steve Enns rectified the situation by taking the vehicle back into their inventory, even months after purchase, so that I could find something I felt more comfortable in for winter driving.

Purchase of 2017 Rav4 In 2010 we purchased our 2010 RAV4 from Kelowna Toyota. During the last seven years, all servicing was completed by Kelowna Toyota. 2nd times a charm! I had an unfortunate accident and I hit 2 deer on the highway. My Toyota Highlander was only 7 months old! She defiantly saved me from getting hurt. There was massive damage to the front and side of my car. And I walked away without a scratch. I didn't even still my coffee! The deer and my car did not survive the incident.
