Exceptional service! John Maclean of Kelowna Toyota went out of his way to understand my requirement and then he found the perfect used vehicle for me. John took care of all of the details including providing recommendations on winter tires, a tonneau cover and even a tail gate cover so I could transport my mountain bikes. The service was exceptional - I couldn't be more pleased.
Excellent, friendly salesperson Wendall Gillis provided excellent service - low key, lack of pressure, but very helpful in providing the information we needed to make a new vehicle purchase. When we picked up the vehicle, he provided excellent orientation and invited us to return if we had any other questions.

Really personal service and straightforward The dealership was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. They were patient while I went through a number of iterations on potential deals for a vehicle and were a responsive to market inteligence that I brought back to them. The sales person I worked with was a good guy and straight forward in our discussions.
Very good customer service We bought a car for a birthday present and Joe Sassine was very helpful and friendly to sell us the best Sieanna Van. We love it!
