Worst dealership ever no sense for customer service at all. The worst guy I have ever dealt with, unfriendly and manner less, very pushy and tried to make us place the order anyhow. He should learn the customer service first. I will never recommend Jim Pattison Toyota to anyone.

Thanks to Ali for helping me choosing the worst car ever. I really hate the car now. The mirror part supposed to replaced 6months ago and never got replaced. 5months after buying the car it's stopped in the middle of the road, leaking and burning and now they are forcing me to pay for repair thank you so much next time I will know not to buy or suggest people to buy cars from Jim Pattison. Worst dealership in the city, My 2018 Toyota highlander not even 5 years old had a blown battery due to to the cold weather, and this dealership was not able to provide service for it. A battery usually has 2-3 years of warranty along with the purchase of a vehicle. I remember the Associate who was named Erwin was not helpful at all. You are better off buying new parts at Canadian Tire than this dealership.

My wife called to book appt. for oil change@48k interval on feb1--got voice mail saying callback would be by end of day--no callback!! I called again on feb5, got same message saying call back by end of that day. Guess what--it is feb10 & still no call back!! I dont think u can get worse service than that--are they even in the business of servicing vehicles any more??? This would be a minus rating--big time!!

Sorry i would not recommend their service. I had a problem with a door speaker they were going to charge 600.00 to replace the wire harness. So i took it to a reputable service centre they found the problem was with the speaker wire and repaired it for 128.00. Dealership service is only good when you buy a new car and u have factory warranty which have to maintain at the dealer. Once that warranty is over go to a local reputable service centre who who will look at fixing something before replacing it.

Dealership with questionable business practices I came to this dealership to check out older 2010 Toyota Camry. I spoke with Dion Mohammed, their Sales manager to inquire as to why they are asking considerably more than comparables. I was advised because of the low kms. I briefly looked at the car and it is immediately come to my attention that this vehicle was manufactured in March of 2009 and not 2010. Hold back information for block heater installation I have a 2013 Lexus GX 460. I bought it in the USA. It has no block heater.I went to Toyota to buy the cartridge block heater because it was close to my home. The labor quoted on the install was 3 hours at $180 an hour at Birchwood Lexus. As I purchase the block heater at Frontier Toyota, I ask the service tech where the hole is located in the block to accommodate the cartridge heater. Service department I had bought my 2008 Tacoma from frontier. I was pleased with the sales service. However the service department is another issue. I was told in May 2016 that they revcommend me to replace my left lower ball joint. I took my truck in to another service department in March 2017. That's almost a year later. I was told that both ball joints were fine and DID NOT need to be replaced!!! They also mentioned an alignment. I was also told this wasn't needed!!!! I have all the invoices to show this.
