My second Rav I loved my first Rav. It was a great car! Now I have my new one....a 2016 Rav. All the features I liked about the first one has been made even better in the new one. My new car truly handles and rides like a dream. It is more sound proof and insulated. Dare I say - it rides like a Cadillac!

I purchased a 2009 Carolla on May 10/2012. The vehcile was exactally as described and the reason this was important is that I had to fly to Winnipeg to buy the vehicle, sight unseen. Could have changed my mind when I got there but all was OK. Left my suit case at the dealer and they tracked me down at a store down the street. Just about an impossible task but Wayne did it. I have always hated buying a car, it was a bad as going to the dentist for me. I've been driving Chevys my whole life but brave other bought a Toyota and loves it so I thought I'd go try one out. If you want to pay over 1000. 00 in “recommended” service stuff, bring your car to this dealership. I own a 2020 toyota with only 48K on it. I brought it in for an oil change and top up of vehicles, and they came to me with over 1000.00 in recommended services stuff. NO WAY. I had just had my breaks checked and they were in great shape, but this dealership suggested repairs just for the sake of making money. I’ll NEVER bring my car here again. Total CASH GRAB!

Nothing but a hard time with the service manager Jared. He is not a good asset for this dealership. He lacks good customer service as he is defensive instead of listening to the customer complaint and would rather argue than try to understand and come up with a solution for the customer. And when you're at your wits end he will finally offer you something that gets you out of the building but be sure he will offer you a credit on your account but not put anything there.
