They charged $722 for a new battery and spark plugs. They put the pressure on to spend more. I had just had it serviced 4 months ago. There was also work that they have also left incomplete from that visit. Never going back.

Brought my car in for a free oil change and the service advisor came to let me know that my brakes and pads needed cleaning. I felt pressured into doing it. When I asked for the price of the service he didn't really say. I went to pick up the car and I was billed $250 for an half an hour of service to clean them up. Such a scam to charge that much.

This has to be the worst dealership for customer service in Winnipeg. They consistently try to make you feel like they are doing you a favour to fix your vehicle, when in fact it’s a brand new car that would never pass safety. My car was a few months old and my headlights were filling up with water. They told me that as a favour to me they would change them both so I wouldn’t have to deal with this again. worst customer service ever… My son bought his Toyota Tacoma from Toyota almost 10 years ago and they were far less than helpful. Since he purchased the vehicle 10 years ago, the only way to assist him would be for him to bring the vehicle to us so we can see if we can match up the correct key for his locking wheel lock. Messaged interest in test driving a 2022 RAV4 2 times both times I was brushed off. Today I chatted with Jacob at the front desk, he was great, he took all my info and said someone would get back to me. Well that didn’t happen. Lost respect for the sales team. Guess I will go else where. I am sûre waverley auto mall will gladly help.

Purchased a '18 tundra from this dealership February of '22. In may I Brought the truck back in for an oil change that was purchased as part of a sales program to be told if i didn't have the certificate they wouldn't honor it. Ended up paying full cost and getting a portion reduced. Same visit I get told I need an alignment (i've had this truck off their lot for 3 months?) Absolutely terrible service! ! Got ripped off paying $169 for an oil change!! When I complained to the acting manager she agreed to take a whole $20 off the price!! This is between 40 and 70 dollars more than other local Toyota Dealers!! The service guy then asked a young woman at there service desk to wash my vehicle, she then complained that "it was way too much work". and continued to sit on her butt. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I bought a 60 000 truck here and this is what I get. Yikes!

Went in today looking to purchase a 2023 Toyota RAV4 for my mother, dealt with Tyler H who was professional and polite. We were abit concerned as not being able to finalize a price as 2023 are subject to change. So price may go up once car is delivered. A sales manager stepped in and told us maybe were shopping for a vehicle we can’t afford. Left and went to Birchwood Toyota closed the deal in 45 minutes with polite and professional staff . I negotiated the terms of the return of my 2017 Tacoma and the terms of my new 2021 Tacoma with this dealership. When I went to pick up my 2021 model, it was brought to my attention that there was some damage done to the box of the truck either in delivery or while at the dealership, they weren’t sure.
