I called well in advance and informed the sales person (Fallah) what brands, models, and price range we were looking for on a used vehicle. He wouldn't give me any details on the phone, just insisted we come in. As soon as we arrived it was obvious that all he cared about was getting us into a brand new vehicle so he can get his commission. He wouldn't even waste his time showing us the used vehicles on the lot. Theyre extremely unhelpful

I went in today hoping to do a lot of research and test driving a Toyota Tacoma or Tundra, the salesman let me sit in one, but not drive it because it was low on gas. Don't waste your time here- I was treated dishonestly I can't give Jim Pattison Toyota more than 1 star because of that. I waited 27 months after placing a deposit for a Rav4 Prime. Some of that is due to supply constraints, but I found out they were bypsssing me on the waiting list. They offered one to a friend who got on the list after me. When I brought this up with them, rather than admit erring and proposing a solution, they obfuscated. Such as saying they didn't offer me a "silver" because I called it "grey". Yet they offered me two or three blacks, which I said I didn't want. Shockingly bad, disappointing, disgusting treatment of customers. Don't waste your time going to this dealership. You will be treated with disdain and disrespect. The only service you will get is "lip service". Maybe they can drum up sales from past reputation but that won't last. Find another dealership. This one is irredeemably bad. I am sad that I have to give them any stars. They deserve none!

Basically a salesman told me my trade in was worth $1,000 - just from looking at it and saying..thats the way my managers work..they low ball you on older trades I guess..a 2008 bmw 335i with 66,000 KMS and new brakes, tires, no accidents and in good condition. I guess thats the either the "lets rip off seniors pitch" and hope they go for it...or just bad customer service..or both. I buy 1 car a year on average and have never had a sales guy low ball me from just looking at my car. I was looking at a x5 M.

Rude staff at this dealership. Very unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. They(more than one person) tried hardest to make everything as hard as they could. BAD. Also they sold me the oil change package at the time of purchasing my Lexus but they charged me $650 because of some hidden notes on my contract! BEYOND BAD - NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
