"Above the call" service from the parts desk! Called for a module for my wonderful, but aging 2008 Infiniti EX35 with 295K on it. The parts guy (John Zajes) was very sympathetic when he had to tell me that the part was no longer available. BUT he also check the OEM part number to see if there were substitutes (not) but said there was gave the me part number and suggested if I'm looking for a used part, that it HAD to be that number. I began using this dealership when the west Edmonton dealership closed. My current Infiniti will likely be my last unless they get with the program and offer hybrid products that compete with other near-luxury manufacturers.
