One visit, more damage to repair. Kudos to Infiniti of Willowdale for their clever policy of not doing walkarounds noting pre-existing damage. Must save them a bundle! Brought our EX35 in for safety recall repair. Picked it up after two hours, drove it home and noticed a deeply dinged passenger door. Returned the car and was told the damage must have been there before and I didn't notice it. So there's nothing they will do. FULL OF CROOKS, DISHONEST, AND RUDE EMPOLYEES This dealership is a total joke! They are extremely rude, dishonest and unwilling to help anyone that walks in through the door. My experience: - No one greets us as we walk around for a good ten minutes. - Approached a sales man and asked him simple questions about the car and he was unwilling to help. Sales tam good, service team abysmal The sales team were quite good, friendly and even warm. The service team at this location appears angry to have to deal with you, and really doesn't care about you-also obnoxious and arrogant. Service was so bad it's almost like a cartoon...maybe go just to see how bad it is...kind of like a side-show. worst dealership in the GTA The salespeople at Willowdale will promise you anything to get you to buy a car while knowing full well that the promises will never be honored. These crooks should have been shut down years ago.
Terrible dealership full of cheats and liars Avoid this place at all costs. The sales manager belongs at a shady used car lot in Scarborough, not at a luxury dealership. They will lie, cheat and renege on every promise once you sign the contract. There is no concept of customer service at all. They always try to upsell you these nonsensical packages at inflated prices, and then refuse to honour them.
FEEL CHEATED I bought a Honda CRV on Dec 22 2014. The accessory power socket does not work, and the side mirror is broke. Obviously it is not possible to test out each and every feature in the vehicle. However, I informed Mike (the sales person I was dealing with about the issues immedialtely after the dealership opened after the holidays. However now they washed their hand off it. This is my third vehicle (all purchased from dealerships) My advise : Avoid this place.
My initial contact was Al Moorani who was not only pleasant and enthusiastic, but pursued the sale past the initial visit and managed to steer me away from Acura and Lexus to get me into the Q50. I give him 5 stars. He was a gentleman to the very end and I would recommend him to family and friends. Simply put, just don't buy an Infiniti. After the initial test drive and signing the vehicle order, every interaction with the dealership made me feel like I made a mistake! Every appointment I booked, they make me wait at least 2 hours before the car is looked at! They make you feel like they're doing you a favour for using their shuttle service. Willowdale Infiniti is the sleaziest car dealership I have ever dealt with. While the physical location appears to be new and impressive, the people there are the same scam artists that you would expect to find pushing salvaged cars in some lot in Scarborough. They have no qualms about lying, exaggerating or making false promises. Ali Esmail-Nia is the new car manager there, and I don't understand how he still has a job.
