Great experience, I had a great time here, I spent some time with my wife looking at the car Q50 at other dealerships close to my wife's workplace then I started to read about the dealership on the Internet. We went in on a Saturday and we were greater at the door by a gentlemen that we later found out was the sales manager Ali Esmailnia. He introduced us to our sales lady Anastasia Zaychuk. I decided I want an infinity. I shopped around I ended up at Willowdale Infiniti, I met with Philip who was straightforward we made a deal and the car was ready on time. So far so good. I love the car.
I bought my infinti jx35 from this dealer today. It was a good experience.This dealer Willowdale Infiniti recommended by my co-workers. My second visit was yesterday was amazing. I was served by the advisor jacob he helped me out right away and greeted me. Immediately he took care of my complaints about my car. The technician chris was very helpful by finding the problem with my car right away. I would definitely recommend this dealer.
I have been waiting for my tax reimbursement for almost 7 months.They lied about the reimbursement and now will not make good.I am only now getting emails because I called Infiniti customer support and they are now involved Marko emailed me after they called him.I will continue to keep you updated.I will not stop until they make due on there promise of my tax reimbursement.
Hi ,worst service what I have experience in my long live , not having understand what service another people mean , telling one doing another. short - car 4 years old ,battery dies when my wife come from store in parking lot and car do not start . If I could give zero stars I would. This place a sleazy and unprofessional. They will lie to you and string you along only to wait for a better deal and sell the car you were looking at. I spoke to two separate sales people who both said I could put a deposit down on a car. Offered to put the deposit down and was told “oh that’s not needed” then they texted the next day to say they had sold the car. I experienced the worst service ever from this dealership by Daniel which is the manager of this dealership. During the negotiation, he was very aggressive and pushed me to accept his offer. I need some time in order to accept this offer. However, he was extremely rude to me, kinda forcibly hold me in the store.
