Hyatt Infiniti sales review My experience with Stuart Ried was very pleasant! He answered all my questions very thoroughly and in great detail! The rest of the team there in the licensing and financial departments were also very good to deal with and the whole process was laid back and not stressful at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
You'll be hugging your salesman at the end! The care received at Hyatt Infiniti could be described as friendly above all. I appreciated the comfort level offered to us by our sales rep Timmy. He was diligent to us as clients and made us feel like we were the only individuals he was devoted to! Best dealership I have ever dealt with from sales to service I purchased my first Infiniti and first non American vehicle from this dealership in 2004 and have never looked back. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership from sales through service let alone the Infiniti quality. New 2017 qx70s I was very satisfied with their professionalism and more importantly my wife loves her new vehicle. Hyatt has met our expectations and this is now our third Infiniti.
Q60 purchase Treated very fairly. Dealership and salesman negotiated in good faith. Very little pressure during the process. Our schedule was accommodated. We felt like we mattered and were not just a quota number.
Great experience! We were treated with respect and our sales person really listened to our needs. We were not “over sold” and I appreciated that. Though we were in the market for a vehicle in a short time frame we did not feel rushed, only prepared to negotiate what would work best for us.
Great experience We came in to this dealership looking for a used car within our budget. Knowing that they sell luxury cars, we did not feel intimidated, it was instead very comfortable. We got the help and service we needed and couldn't ask for more!
