Wonderful Car Buying Experience The moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the receptionist, and then by my salesperson Ray. Ray was extremely easy to deal with, prompt and informative. The finance staff as well, were easy to deal with. It was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. Amazing to deal with Darren was great from our very first talk. He went above and beyond assisting me purchase a vehicle from out of province. Did not try to BS me and was straight forward. Service excellence What a great experience I had purchasing my QX80 in a very busy time for me at work. Stuart Reid made me remember why I went back to Infiniti with his professionalism and assistance in my purchase. A great sales experience and Kevin was so quick with the finance piece allowing me to make it back to work in ten minutes for an important meeting.
