We had an excellent experience. The dealership had the exact car we were looking for. It’s in such good condition that I feel like I’m driving a new car, even though it’s a 2016 model. Zain our salesman was fun, knowledgeable and made our purchase a 10/10 experience. The team surpassed our expectations.
I’ve never had customer service, from anywhere or any type of venue, like I’ve continued to have from Kevin Lee at Hyatt Infiniti. I’ve been getting service there since 2011, which was always good, but when Kevin became my service representative, I was treated like royalty. Excellent service in sales. Zain was very straightforward and honest. Not high pressure, respectful of my needs. Fair trade in. Repeat customer and happy to come back again.
We were sceptical at first with car sales staff but at Hyatt Infinity they made us feel very welcomed and not pressured. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Finance process was easy and quick.
Bree Bandas was amazing. Shes super friendly, made the process in the finance side run smoothly, since I was coming from out of town. Raman, was very thorough in explaining all the functionality if the vehicle, he was great and friendly as well.

Hyatt Infiniti Everyone was very helpful yet were not high pressure. Made me feel like my time was valuable. Always accommodated my requests for appointments. Car was fully prepared on delivery.
