CJ was my sales advisor. He was kind, helpful and transparent with the process of purchasing a used vehicle and trading in my old vehicle. I felt very confident throughout the process and very happy with outcome.
Great service provided by the team. The repair on water ingress into the car was re-evaluated and completed the second time at no extra charge! Robert looked after me throughtout the process and has been awesome at communicating the details of the work performed until I picked up my vehicle.
Service advisor Steve is fantastic. Super personable right out the gate. Service check in for my Q50 was super easy, everything laid out in front of me. He went above and beyond taking care of those also in the automotive industry. The dealer itself is quite modern and is comfortable to wait in. Overall very positive experience.
