Visited Hyatt Infinity for a routine oil change. Service Rep Steve was excellent and professional. Thoroughly explained the work performed and safety checks result. Very satisfied
The service department got me a loaner last minute and also made sure that my vehicle was ready within 24 hours. They washed my car too, which was a nice touch. Steve took great care of me.

I had my QX60 autograph first service done at this location. The service was impeccable. It was done under 1 hour. There is a lovely waiting room with a TV, coffee machine and cookies. I would recommend this location.
