Cory and Dawn in the service department are very professional and courteous. Can not understand that every time I get my all season and winter tires changed they are improperly inflated. Just had them done on Tuesday and after driving away noticed that they were inflated to 39psi. I returned to the dealer and a different service rep said that was normal and he always had that setting on his car. I explained that the Rogue display as well as the info on the door said it should be set at 33psi.
Fourth vehicle purchased from Hunt Club Nissan. Never felt pressured to purchase something I didn’t want. Service department is always helpful.
The female staff member that I dealt with was very nice and very professional. It’s great to have people like her.
Dawn always goes above and beyond to be friendly and help me with my truck issues. Her professionalism and customer service is A+!
