The Sales Rep was very polite and helpful, but not too knowledgeable. When we asked for an English manual for our Frontier he only offered us an electronic version when a hard copy was available from Toronto. Also, both our mat in the rear bed of the truck and the tool kit were missing form the truck when we came to pick up the truck. These items were in the truck when we did our test drive, so it appears Nissan has a thief on staff (not the Sales Rep).
