I did my first oil change yesterday! Great service service all around with a smile!
I went for oil change last Saturday, it was fast and smooth. Special thanks to the reception’s staff and the maintenance crew
The reception at the dealership was pleasant. I met the salesman at the appointment time, and he was very helpful. He took me out for test drives, and did not pressure me in any direction. After a few days of test driving other cars, I went back and tried the Nissan cars again. I was then ready to make a deal, which I did. The salesman, Abdallah was very patient and helpful in explaining the features of the car.
I recently bought a car at Hunt Club Nissan in Ottawa and was very impressed with my sales consultant, Abdallah. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with all of my questions. He provided excellent service, and I would recommend him if you go to Hunt Club Nissan.
I service both of my cars at Hunt Club Nissan and I don't even own a Nissan (used to). I've been doing this for over 7 years. I never had a single bad experience at the service or parts departments of this dealership. I've ordered parts (breaks, tires, batteries) for my Volvo and VW cars and had them installed completely hassle free. There is low turnover in the service advisors staff. I was stressing about getting my brand new truck checked out. Thought they would charge me for labor to check on it even though it's well under warranty. (Only14k kms on it). The truck had a couple of things wrong with it and everything was covered. Super relieved and was super happy about the honesty. They could have tried to charge me.
I had an excellent experience at Hunt Club Nissan on April 29, 2026. My Service Advisor, Dawn Charlton was friendly and professional. She was happy to review the required services, explain various maintenance packages and benefits. She also provided an accurate time estimate for the services that were preformed.
