Very knowledgeable staff I brought my Highlander in for service and I was amazed at the small dealership providing such nice atmosphere for their customers to wait in the lounge. I had a nice cup of coffee and my son had some pop corn. All for Free. In an hour, my car was ready. Corine Vanstone took really good care of me and my son. Nice place. I will be coming back for sure.

Awesome Service Experience I recently moved to Okotoks from Toronto for work and found that I needed a reliable car. But, my credit was not so good. Mr. Salim Ladha, at High River Toyota helped me get financing for much less than what my credit union was offering. After having my banks decline me and the high interest rate from my own credit union, I give Mr. Salim a 2 Thumbs Up for helping a man in need and putting him out of the misery of hitching rides from his fellow co-wrokers. Much Obliged.

New Car The dealership was very clean and lovely to work with. Bob was very knowledgeable and let me take out my car three times just to make sure that I loved the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a vechile.

High River Toyota I was looking at buying a Tundra 5 years ago. My sales man at the time was also Bob, we had gone through almost everything for the vehicle and for reason I had to cancel buying my truck then. 5 years later I came back to HRT because of the quality and friendliness of the service I received back then. My sales man again was Bob Shaw, and we pretty much picked up where we left off. I was happy to buy a Tundra from him. Home town care. Bob Shaw, has been watching for a 2012 replacement for our Rav that was lost to the June flood. He kept in touch with us, for months, keeping a check on the pulse of our progress working through flood circumstances. My overall experience leasing a new vehicle at High River Toyota was exceptional. My sales representative was Corine Vanstone and she was knowledgeable, eager to help, and most importantly she was honest and upfront. I had a few accessories added to my vehicle and the service department looked after my needs in a timely and effective manner. A refreshing change from my BMW experiences. I had a tonneau cover installed on my Tacoma. It was an aftermarket unit, as Toyota does not have a hard, tri-fold tonneau specific to my Tacoma. The price at HR Toyota was comparable to aftermarket dealers. The service was quick, and my 4 year old and I were treated very well by the staff. Our wait was just over an hour to get the unit installed, and by the end, my 4 year old was quite convinced we should stay (they were quite nice by providing refreshments for us while waiting.). I will definitely be back.
