I keep going back. Great service and the girls at the service counters are great to deal with.The technicians in the lube bay are great to deal with as well.
Wonderful Service! My experience at the dealership was excellence! All employees there treated me above and beyond with respect and service. Outstanding service I'm not from grande prairie so I was hesitant to just go to any old shop, went to Nissan and was treated amazingly! The girl at the front desk-Rita was so helpful. She answered all my questions, returned my phone calls promptly and now my vehicle is all fixed up with no hassle. I would recommend Nissan and Rita to everyone!
Ryan made the experience a pleasure Asked what I wanted and showed me exactly that, never pushed a new sale as I was looking for used, worked hard to make sure I loved my truck. Always very personable and never pushy. If I were to buy another vehicle, even if it wasn't nissan, he would always be the guy I would call.
