Helpful staff, great experience I felt quite nervous about not getting the right vehicle coming into grande prairie Nissan and that the interest rate was going to be high, also that i would walk out with something I would be happy with. Ryan took the time to figure out what i needed and the budget I needed it to be in. Grande Prairie Nissan got me into the perfect vehicle with half the interest rate I was expecting. I would more than recommend anyone I know to this dealership and encourage them to go see Ryan in sales.

kind and helpful staff I found the staff at this dealership create a good environment. I was welcomed right away by smiling faces. The service department was easy to deal with and Rita in service was very kind and helpful. Nice to have a conversation with a staff member who isnt worried about when their shift ends or if its friday yet! I will definitely return to this dealership for my future services.

Quality Service Was greeted right away by Schelby at the door, and the manager later came and introduced himself. Very friendly, no pressure to buy, and smooth and easy to deal with.

Excellent Job I was in the shop for the purpose of getting a new car at least within a week but was amazed and monumentally happy to drive one of my dream SUV home in less than 4 hours, I meant 4 hours! Isn't that incredible enough? Those guys did an amazing job! I could not have asked for more! I got one of the best, if not the best services in my little 45 years. Good job guys. More kudos to Jason. The guy is very terrific and highly courteous. I will always recommend your shop. Trust me!

Best Service ever!! Jason made the buying experience a wonderful one. They were courteous of my time, deal was done within two days. I had gone to many other dealerships and get got the run around very little help and a whole lot of hassle, makes me wish I had just gone to Nissan in the first place.
