Accomodating Was driving past the Dealership and it was 30 minutes before closing. I decided to drive-in to schedule a (way overdue) service appointment. Kyla was able to schedule an appointment for later-on in the week but also offered to "squeeze" me in at that moment. She assured me that the servicing required would be completed in 30 minutes and that I could be on my way home afterwards. Great service experiences Best service out of any dealership in Grande Prairie. Have got my vehicle serviced here since purchased last year and have nothing but great experiences dealing through GP NISSAN. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and good work performed on vehicle in a timely manner. 10/10
New Titan Right from the second I got into contact with the crew at GP Nissan, they got to work on getting me the truck I wanted. Within a couple of days, I was getting the keys to my new vehicle. I had purchased a vehicle 3 years prior, and the service was exceptional, so it was a no-brainer to go back to GP Nissan.
Best dealership around! Wonderful service and my sales person was extremely serious about finding me the right vehicle. I listed off everything I wanted in a jeep and I got just that within a day! Awesome work. Would definitely buy again with Nissan!

Excellent service, very friendly staff! Ryan, Mike and James made life easy in purchasing our new Pathfinder. No pressure approach was appreciated! Everyone was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns we had and with a friendly smile. This is our second vehicle purchased at GP Nissan and have no complaints as of yet. Service department is top notch as well making things easy and stress free.
Great Service When I go to get work done to my Titan I always get great service, the service Department is always willing to work with you in getting the job done, Also kudos to Kayla, Elaine and also Sarah and Mike. They all do the best possible with what they have available to them.
