Nick in Service was really helpful I had to bring in my car for service when Nick at the Service Department had informed me that my car will need its transmission replaced soon and that it should be done prior to the warranty expiring. He had already booked the appointment and the loaner vehicle for the date. When I arrived for the service on my transmission, everything was ready to go the Loaner was being warmed up and I was in an out within 20 minutes of arriving.
Great Purchase Experience From the sales person to the sales management my experience was amazing!!!!! ZERO pressure and friendly service. The finance department offered packages without making me feel like they were a must always supported what I wanted and gave me a smoking deal on my WTY. If your looking for a Nissan this is the dealership to visit. Punit and Ahmed are the people to see.
Was actually good on this particular service this particular service took a 1/2 hour which is what I would expect . Previous services have taken 3 Times as long. I was very happy with this turn around time, however I am wondering if it was more luck than good service centre management. My work truck requires service monthly which precludes me from ever purchasing a Nissan. that being said my wife is absolutely devoted to the Murano, this is her third. Merry christmas
