I have been a customer since 2010(we purchased our last 3 cars there) and dealing with Gateway Toyota was always a pleasure.Troy (service department)is always a pleasure to deal with-he is extremely accommodating, very friendly,always explains all the options, answers the questions.The tech personal is knowledgeable and professional, never impose any extra service that you do not actually need.Cannot be any happier and will always recommend it to my friends.
Amazing service I took my 5+ year old Venza in for service. I have always taken it to a Toyota dealership, but having just moved, this was a new dealership. What an amazing team. Efficient, kind and extremely helpful. They even looked for ways to cut the service cost, which they did, because I needed a small amount of work done on the vehicle. Great Sales Experience The sales person did a great job recommending and explaining features and differences of car models to best suit our needs. The whole process was friendly, relaxing and not pushy at all. The service package included with new car seemed to have very good value as well.

The best customer service is at Gateway Toyota I have been a customer since 2003 and if it wasn't for the service department ( Troy ) I wouldn't drive the extra 20 minutes to Gateway and be on my 5th vehicle purchase from this location. Quick, Efficient, Fabulous! I have only been with Gateway Toyota a year and they are the best experiences of having my vehicles serviced. The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgable and if I have questions or an issue it is dealt with professionally and respectfully.
