Jerry Yang was an excellent salesman. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a new car. He was polite and extremely patient answering all my questions....sometimes (unfortunately) more than once. Can not say enough good things about him.

Always a good experience I have had numerous makes of cars and continually had endless issues at dealerships. We have had our Toyota Rav4 for the past six years and have been taking it to Gateway Toyota for almost that long for service. We always have great service and the staff are knowledgable and ready to give us as much information as we need. We will continue to go here for service for the life of our Rav!
Always ready to give me information. They told me about a problem, asked if I'd like to have it repaired, would I like them to order the part? So, I said yes but I didn't want to do the work right away as I had plans for the summer. They gave me lots of time to make an appointment when it was best for me and the job was completed at a lower cost than the estimate. And without my asking about it, they did some minor recall work. I'm still very happy with my Toyota RAV4 after 6 years!
