We were greeted with a smile. It is important to us that we were greeted immediately as soon as we drive in. It was clearly explained to me what has to be done. Overall the experience today was very pleasant.

Reliable Service I have been a Client of Lexus Erin Mills since 2007, and I have yet to be disappointed with the services. The staff are friendly, honest and most importantly, they are reliable. I’ve only experienced one issue with one of my vehicles, and the Erin Mills staff worked extremely hard to resolve the problem. I must especially give credit to Carly, Scott and Ryan. I ALWAYS leave a happy customer.
Always professional attitude and attension to details. I owe Lexus GS 350 and it's an amazing car. Over the years I had few issues that have been solved by Erin Park Lexus with A+. Scott used to be my service adviser and now Carly. She is very attentive, professional and friendly. Way to go Carly!!!!

Great Service Team I have been going to Erin Park Lexus Service for a long time....I think this is my 11th year. Sid, Paul, Ryan and my favourite person Carly....they are all very hard workers. My recent visit had one small issue. I replaced rubber part of the wiper and it was not installed correctly. When I found this out and returned, they were able to fix this issue instantly.
