Amazing! I recently came to Erin park Lexus for service on my vehicle. Dealt with Carly Tam, service consultant. She made it quite easy and was to the point.
Great service with courtesy and professionalism. Prompt service by Madiha Usman was above and beyond the call of duty and was much appreciated. I am very happy, satisfied and will definitely recommand others and will go back. Truly a superstar.

Best customer service experience !! I went to Erin Park Lexus with my family to check out the RX. Mannu spent time with us and was very delightful and comfortable to deal with. She was friendly and knowledgeable - she genuinely cares about her customers and takes time to answer questions thoroughly. The team at Erin park lexus is very professional and provides an excellent experience! We love our beautiful new car and will be returning to Mannu when it is time to make our next purchase! :)
Worth the 5 hour drive! I wish to extend a sincere thank you to the Mannu and the rest of the staff at Erin Park Lexus for your personal care and professionalism during my visits. Unique service experience My service experience with Madiha Usman, being my service advisor, was excellent. She answered my questions for a couple of issues in my car then recommended Transfer case oil change which was due at the time and mentioned another service that could be postponed to the next service appointment. she called me in time to let me know that my car was ready and every thing was done smoothly and within the time frame.
