excellent service ! My only dealer for my family. The service is fast, efficient and friendly manner to touch up my car for there is a part of the car paint fall off. They ordered the special paint for me and also do the touch up. Now it looks there is no chip at all. Thanks a lot.
Best of the Best We are very difficult, often impossible customers with very high expectations- a recipe for disaster in today's marketplace. That's why we love Erin Park Lexus. It just doesn't get better. We buy Lexuses (Lexi?) so we can get them serviced by Sid! Such a wonderful experience, from a great person who "gets it". He doesn't go the extra mile- he goes the extra marathon. Outstanding customer service and excellent service I had my car serviced and booked my appointment through the service manager, Sid. This process was very easy and as always Sid exceeded my expectations. Consistently excellent in all areas. Fantastic service, consistently friendly and very professional. Makes you feel proud to own a lexus. While staff from other dealerships might come off as being snobby or disinterested, erin park lexus treats their clients right from sales to service. My family bought three cars from them in one year, and are looking to buy more in the future.
