Customer Experience Excellence Epitomized yet again. Brought our 2010 RX 450h in for service and tire rotation/seasonal. Have done so religiously since acquiring the vehicle at EPL back in summer 2010. Refund - with courteous service i dropped my key and the pieces went flying, I still had the motherboard and brought it to the dealership for repair, Lexus ordered another case. I had to pre-pay the order ($100 including taxes). When the case came in, the attendant placed the pieces in the new case and snapped it back together. It struck me that the pieces could likely have been inserted back in the old case, but of course, neither I, nor the first attendant had tried that.
