Excellent Customer Service! I had a great experience with everyone at Erin Park Lexus. Shen was very thorough and knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle. Susanna the lease manager was able to provide detailed information and since I was rushed, they were able to have my RX350L ready for pick up in 24hrs! Excellent It was smooth and headache-free experience with Siddiq. I've been to different Lexus dealers, a lot of them just trying to play games, won't be frank and open. With Siddiq, we didn't waste time chasing around, he was up front and honest. In the end, maybe the money we pay is about the same, but the process is much smoother and comfortable.

Great Service Leo was great in providing very professional service. Took the time to answer all of our questions and even stayed late to finish working out the deal with us.
