I felt like I was dealing with family, they were so kind and considerate. Also no pressure sales which I like, I hate aggressive sales platforms.

Outstanding customer support by all staff specially Seth, he has been helpful throughout my booking till delivery and kept me updated the status of my car. My experience at Ens Toyota has overall been positive. The staff are professional and helpful. I had a long wait for my vehicle due supply chain related chip shortages. Throughout I was kept informed about when my new vehicle would arrive! I am guessing it can be difficult for the staff with this type of circumstance in play, but it appears to me the staff are working with it in as positive as possible!

All employees that we worked with from the time that we were test driving, info gathering to the final purchase was excellent.
Came in for oil change. I always have great service, however this visit was different. The advisor said it would be ready by noon. It was not. He never called me nor came out to give me an update or to say it was taking a little longer than anticipated. That was the only issue I had.I ended up going out to the service drive thru and saw the other express lube advisor, who processed my payment.
