Mechanic’s need to be more observant when doing there work. Never finished torquing the driver’s wheel lugs could have been a major accident or damage. And didn’t want to chance driving back as was suggested. So bought a torque wrench and torqued them to specs

I am not from Saskatoon, had an emergency with my Toyota 4runner. The service department fit me in. Reese Becker was my service advisor. Reese kept me informed of what repairs were needed and the time it would take. Thank-you Reese, for your professionalism and kindness. Thanks to the technician for doing the job correctly. This was a job that if not done immediately would have caused thousands of dollars of damage to our 2022 4runner. Thanks to the service manager for getting us in!

The no appointment oil change is a great service. I was there this week and wasn't even there for an hour. Also they give the vehicle a look over and advise you of any other issues
