Perfectly average service performance. Sometimes very good staff, other times you would think you were having a root canal. Apparently they have forgotten that , with almost no cars on their lot available to purchase, they have to provide EXCELLENT service in order to make any money. "Shari" only told me the cost of the maps, when I asked - WITHOUT telling me there would be a $150 installation fee for them. Now THAT'S misleading....
Everything was explained clearly. The whole process was extremely easy. Easily a 10 out of 10!

Service was great, advisor (Ken? ) was friendly and helpful. They fit me in without an appointment when my vehicle would not start, and performed diagnostics at no charge. Also washed my vehicle, unfortunately there was some muck on the inside of the driver's door when I picked it up. Only concern is that this large dealership does not provide loaners, even when my vehicle was in the shop for a week following a collision on a different occasion - no loaners - inconvenient and expensive to have to rent a vehicle when getting ... read more

I am very satisfied with the service last week. The only concern that Saturday has no shuttle service. So still best to do it during the week.
Had warranty work done at Collision Centre. Great service. I'm 6 hours away from Ens. Nice to be able to come drop off and pick up with no worries. Friendly and very helpful. You guys are the Goods. Have fun.
