Service on rotors done deemed unnesessary I took my Toyota Prius V to Downtown Toyota for a regular oil change on April 26, 2017. After the oil change, The service ,Peat Mac said that the rear rotors need a machine job due to some rust. I thought it was serious. Boy, how misleading I was going through. Improvement is needed to be better! I’ve called multiple times and left messages and never had a single follow up call back. Dealing with warranty issues after purchasing a new car through them. I’m feeling as though they are only in it for the sales rather then long term relationships with their customers.

If your a woman, stay away! My wife has a 1998 Toyota 4Runner in excellent shape, but it was in need of some mechanical work as she was having some problems. I suggested that she take her vehicle into Downtown Toyota and have it looked at by their mechanic and service manager. Downtown Toyota ran a complete test and gave us a list of problems that needed addressing right away. I was taken back at the amount which was well over $7,000.00 in repairs.
