Received what was promised! From the first phone call to arriving at the dealership, Kentaro was able to make my dreams come true of owning a Toyota Highlander. From the trading in of my older vehicle to helping me finance a new vehicle, Ken made it all happen while keeping his word to all his promises. I'm very happy and we'll deal with him in the future. Excellent Customer Service! The service that Kentaro provided was excellent as he was able to provide me with the appropriate information about the car that I ended up purchasing, the 2011 Toyota Corolla. I worked with kentato and he was very helpful and manager I spoke to both Kentaro and managers at different times and they were very helpful. Extremely satisfactory customer service! I recently had my vehicle serviced at Toyota on Front and dealt with the Assistant Service Manager, Javed Khan. I had a very satisfactory experience. Javed was extremely helpful and courteous. He kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs. All the repair work was properly completed and in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had having my vehicle serviced. A special thanks to Javed for his outstanding service!
