Corrupt management and service team. They misled be about the cost of a service and I didn’t find out until billing. They also didn’t complete another service correctly. Do NOT go there. Corrupt, lying xxxx.
I wanted to lease a new car. After a 1000 CAD deposit. I spent almost one hour doing the application with them, they told me they would contact me in two days to confirm or to notify me if somehting went wrong. They didn't reach out for over 4 weeks and when I wrote the salesman inquiring on the status, he just replied "sorry I will have to give your deposit back". Bought a car from them that was Certified Pre-Owned. Straight up caught the sales person lying to me about some of the details, but only after I had already driven off the lot with the vehicle and fully paid. Leaves me with an icky feeling, knowing someone lied directly to my face just to make a sale. Would not recommend. Sales person reported to Tola (used car manager) who I'm certain was advising them on how to push me to close the deal.
No-one care for walk-in customers and they tried not to seeing you. Not being honest on pricing. They never tell you the final price till you are about signing the contract. No wonder why Tesla's sales model works quite good nowadays.
Yesterday, I went to pickup my used Toyota Highlander LE Hybrid that I had purchased. The scheduled pickup appointment time was 12pm and it was communicated via phone call and 2 separate emails to 2 different people ahead of time. I arrived at 10:30am on Friday, October 9, 2020 and waited 6.5 hours before I was able to pickup the vehicle and drive home. When I arrived the vehicle wasn't even ready for pickup. Service rip off This place was a complete rip off for me. I took the car in for a safety and there was "too big" a divot in the windshield according to them. They wanted $480 for a new one. I talked to a windshield expert, and the damage was within the size of a quarter and hence could be repaired. So, I wasted $140 for a safety that they would not award; they tried to get $620.
Worst dealership ever Leased a car from there .. never took it for service other than once as was not treated well.. returned car and I could not have been treated any worse .. did t even have my file ready and an appointment has been made .. told me I had 26 payments left which couldn’t have been further from the truth , then asked me why I brought it back there .. Untrustworthy dealership beware! I have had nothing but problems since purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership, starting with a signed safety, to have to bring my car back the next day because the brakes were bad, I was told the person who safetied it did so without even checking. SOLD ME A BRAND NEW CAR WITH A FLAW THE CAR THEY SOLD ME DELAYS WHEN PUSHED ON THE GAS PEDAL. THEY WON'T TAKE THE CAR BACK. TALKED TO THE COMPANY TOYOTA ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY WEREN'T HELPFUL EITHER. TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH IT WITH THE DEALER.
