This is the 3rd (18 months) time I have come in for my Extra Care Protection servicing on my RAVE 4; and each time it has been excellent--this time Service Manager was Zaki Tsihira and mechanic #162 (Krist). A QR code does not work because I have no smart phone; and they don't send me the Review Request to my e-mail address, that they and the paperwork said, they will. I had a mixed experience purchasing my first toyota from here. The sales was completed by Mr.Jegah and after a 2 year long wait, I received my Rav4 prime last April 2023. Jegah was easy to deal with. However the car only came up with just 1 key remote and I'm still waiting for the keys. If I have known the issues, I'd have refuse to accept the car. Additionally, a refund cheque is still missing.
