Patricia Graham- the new manager at Don Valley North Toyota, is exactly what the Service department needed. She is caring, empathetic, & follows up. Even when the windshield I recently replaced wasn’t installed properly by the installer, Patricia immediately offered to rectify things. She definitely goes above & beyond to make sure her clientele are well taken care of. Adding her to the service department should bring Don V. N. Toyota to be a place of excellence all around!

I had a very pleasant experience at DVNT even though the people I dealt with were new to me and not my regular team. DVNT (John Cao) reached out to remind me that my regular maintenance was due and I booked an appointment.
